Polysource Australia is proud to offer a range of Commercial and Industrial Engineered Flooring products each with a history of great performance, and produced by some of the biggest manufacturers in Australia. Our range of Engineering Flooring Materials consists of Recycled PE, PP, FRP, PE/Wood, and Rubber.

1) PolyTrac Recycled PE Traction Mats prevent heavy equipment from bogging and damaging the ground. PolyTrac has a raised traction pattern both sides, and is custom produced in thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 40mm. This is the widest range in the world, and they're made in Australia!

PolyTrac Mats provide stability and grip for heavy equipment weighing up to 100 tons. They also preserve ground from being churned up during construction or access.

2) PolyGrip PP Grating Panels are targeted at the Pontoon and Marina Walkway market, and measure 1200 x 400 x 40mm. Each PolyGrip Panel clips to the next one in every direction, creating a secure, robust, corrosion-proof platform.

PolyGrip is made in Australia from blue or black virgin Polypropylene.

It has outstanding properties:

  • Australian rated UV resistance
  • Excellent load bearing properties
  • Pre-moulded fixing points for bearers
  • Easily cut to size while maintaining rigidity
  • Sufficient open area to allow marine growth underneath

3) Polysource FRP Grate Flooring has outstanding corrosion resistance. It is ideal for Industrial and Marina Platform Flooring, Steps, and Ramps, where it outlasts all Marine timbers including Merbau.

Different resins used in Polysource FRP molded grating increase corrosion resistance even further. They include orthophthalic polyester, isophthalic polyester, and vinyl ester resin for premium performance.

  • Standard thicknesses: 13, 25, 38, and 50mm, with a variety of grate spacings.
  • Surface finishes: Flow Through Ribs, Solid top and/or bottom, Smooth, Patterned or Gritty Non-Slip finish
  • Standard Colours: Safety Yellow, Green, Grey. All other colours available upon request

4) Polysource PE/Wood Decking uses Recycled PE and performs a valuable Environmental service. Sawdust is added to the Plastic melt to form a product combining the best properties of both. This provides a tough, robust range of beams and panels, with a variety of uses.

5) Industrial Rubber Flooring comes in solid, fluted, patterned, and flow-through mattings. Polysource offers a cut-to-size service from continuous sheet rolls with a width up to 2 metres. We also supply Australia's widest range of Non-Slip Stair Edgings.
