PolySource UHMWPE sheet has incredible toughness and surface release, second only to PTFE (Teflon). This makes it perfect for cost-effective sliding strips and pads in impact and abrasive environments. Polysource UHMWPE sheet is available in various grades for different applications.

Main Materials:

• UHMWPE has incredible toughness and surface release, second only to PTFE (Teflon). This makes it perfect for cost-effective sliding strips, pads and liners in impact and abrasive environments.
• Cast Nylon, especially the lubricated grades, can handle a higher load than UHMWPE in impact and abrasive environments.
• Polyurethane provides tough rubber-like properties, with fatigue resistance well suited to vibration pads or liners.
• Acetal and PETP have excellent abrasion resistance, especially the lubricated grades, and are popular in bush applications
