UHMWPE Sheet and Rod

UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is the tough cousin in the semi-crystalline polyethylene (PE) family.

Polysource UHMWPE sheet has incredible toughness and surface release, second only to PTFE (Teflon). This makes it perfect for cost-effective sliding strips and pads in impact and abrasive environments. Polysource UHMWPE sheet is available in various grades for different applications.

Polysource grades available are:

• Virgin grade white UHMWPE sheet and rod
• Black sheet and rod
• Black Recycled Fender Grade sheet
• Ultra - a green filled grade of sheet and rod
• Glass filled UHMWPE sheet with a molecular weight of almost 10 million
