Polysource supplies a range of leading Conveyor Systems, plastic modules, plastic conveyor chain and integrated conveyor components.

Modular Chain is custom made to each customer's requirements for application, width and length.

The plastics commonly used in chain and track applications are:

• Polypropylene - good chemical resistance to acids and hypochlorite cleaning solutions, lightweight and dimensionally stable, temperature range -10 to +100C
• Acetal – hard, strong and tough, excellent in humid conditions, generally excellent chemical resistance, temperature range -40 to +93C
• Polyethylene – more flexible, high impact and good release properties in sticky situations, temperature range -20 to +80C

Polysource also supplies the components to complete all customer Conveyor Systems:

Polysource supplies Eurobelt Modular Belting, a conveying belt built up of small modules in either PP or PE. This product is used for food contact applications such as abattoirs and fruit/vegetables.

Modular Belts are increasingly replacing fabric based PVC belts due to improved reliability and ease of repair.
